CANCELLATION POLICY

The Hair Co. with Kyrstie requires 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows for other clients to be scheduled into that appointment time. If you miss an appointment without contacting us within the required time, this is considered a no-call/no-show. If an appointment is missed without 24 hours prior notice, 30% of the minimum service total will be charged to your card on file. No future appointments can be scheduled without the payment of this fee. Additionally, if a client is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a no-show and 30% of the minimum service total will be charged. Should a client no-call/no-show for a 2nd time without prior notice a re-booking fee of $30 will also apply. This fee does not go towards the service total. This fee must be paid in order to re-book.
